pMailer New feature… the Auto-reminder
Many clients may have already noticed the great new auto-remind feature under “presets”…
What is great about the feature is that it allows you - with a once-off investment of time - to improve and personalise customer relations. Dependent on a pre-loaded date value that will act as the trigger (such as birthdays or renewal-dates) pMailer can automatically send a rich HTML mail to your subscribers for you.
You can, for example, send a personalised happy birthday message like: “Happy birthday! Bring your ID and a print of this mail in a store today and receive a 20% discount on any purchase! Click here for our specials.”
Sending a happy birthday message does bring a personal touch, but the true objective of email marketing is to induce a call to action. Take them to your specials page or increase traffic to your content!
- To benefit from this great new feature simply enter one of your lists and select the “Presets” tab… At the bottom of the list you will see auto-reminders…
- Set a subscription reminder or even create a birthday reminder from preloaded subscriber data!
- Please note for this to work you need to upload the birthday data of your subscribers into pMailer.
